In-Office Consultation Fee:
All consultations below - with prior appointment only

Chief Consultant's Fee: INR ₹9000 (+18% GST)

Includes up to 10 minutes of consultation time.

Thereafter, INR ₹900/min (+18% GST) for additional consultation time.​​

Payment of the above basic consultation fee is to be made in advance - after an appointment is confirmed with us.

Chief Consultant's Discounted Fee: On Tuesdays only. Client can pay as much as they like/wish/afford after the consultation.

Time: The consultation time is calculated for the actual time given by the chief consultant to the client personally. The time spent by their back-end team/ assistants prior to the consultation, during the consultation, after the consultation process is included in the fee.

Estimated Consultation Time:

Vacant Land, Constructed Flats, Small Independent Houses & Offices, etc : Generally 10-90 minutes.

Proposed/Under construction Homes, Industries or Commercial Establishments, etc : Consultation time varies depending on size and type of property.​​

​Documents for Better & Quicker Results:
-
Provide an architect’s, engineer’s , builder’s, or self-made drawing/plan/sketch of the entire property (preferably in editable .dwg, .cdr, etc format) along with the address and exact Google location.

Include a video of interiors & photos of all sides of exteriors.
